WELCOME RECEPTION & CANADA DAY FIREWORKS!

Please join us for the Welcome Reception, held in the beautiful Pinnacle Ballroom, Vancouver Marriott from 6:30pm – 8:30pm.

Afterwards, you may wish to enjoy the breathtaking Canada Day Fireworks display (weather permitting) from 10:30pm- 11:00pm at the Vistas 360, on the 19th floor of Pinnacle Harbourfront.

July 2

HARBOUR DINNER CRUISE

Join us for a festive dinner cruise, from 7:30pm – 10:30pm, on the M.V. Harbour Princess. Relax and enjoy the scenic views of Vancouver harbor, the cruise ship terminal of Canada Place, the Mountains of the North Shore, Stanley Park and more. You’ll have the best spot in Vancouver to watch the sun slowly disappear into the Pacific Ocean.

Meet at the Marriott Hotel Lobby at 7pm where we will board a shuttle bus to the pier. The dinner cruise takes place 7:45pm – 10:45 pm, after which we have arranged shuttle buses back to the hotel.

For those who prefer to walk, the pier is only a 20-minute walk from the hotel through scenic Vancouver.  Please ensure you arrive 7:15pm, at Harbour Cruises, 501 Denman Street:

GALA DINNER

Join us for the 2016 Gala Dinner, from 6:30pm – 9:30pm, up at Grouse Mountain which offers breathtaking views of the Lower Mainland, some 3,700 feet below. The perfect place to take in the sights of Vancouver.

Meet in the Marriott Hotel Lobby at 5:45pm to board the shuttle bus to Grouse Mountain, buses will leave at 6pm.  After the Gala Dinner, buses will depart at 10:00pm to return us to the hotel.
